Baby Portrait Session - Registration Form

Thank you for booking your Baby Portrait Session! I am looking forward to our session together.

This registration form helps me prepare for your session. Please take a minute to let me know a bit about your baby and the colors, clothing sizes, and styles you would like to use at your session.

The backdrops that I use most often are shown on the Baby Portait Style page. You can click on the nearby image to take a look.

In this form, I will ask you to select your favorite backdrop style.

We can use 2 backdrops in my Baby Sessions, 1 backdrop in my Mini Sessions (in Cake Smash sessions).

It is popular now to only use 1 backdrop vs 2 to make sure all the portraits have the same look. If you would like to do that, you can let me know on the form below.
