What is a New Baby session?
After about 3 weeks old, your baby starts to wake up to the world, becoming more alert, expressive, and full of personality. Around this time, your little one is no longer sleepy enough for an intricately posed newborn session. Now, they have entered a wonderful stage that many parents prefer to capture: a tiny new baby with their bright eyes open!
The New Baby session is more organic than a traditional newborn photos. No intricate posing, just your baby’s natural, beautiful movements and stretches. If swaddling is your style, we can absolutely include that too. We’ll make sure to document all the little details like tiny fingers and toes, delicate lashes, and if we’re lucky, a little smile as well.
